Shipping

SHIPPING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

When placing an order for a subscription, you are subscribing for the NEXT month's box as well as signing up for a recurring subscription for the duration that you chose. Subscriptions sign ups start on the 1st of each month and end at 11:59 pm PST on the last day of each month. 

So if you sign up for a subscription anytime between March 1st and March 31st, you will receive the April box as your first box. We ship out boxes between the 1st and 5th of every month to ensure you receive your box in the first half of each month. 

SHIPPING FOR NON-SUBSCRIPTIONS

When placing an order for any non-subscription purchases, your order will be received, fulfilled and shipped out within 3-5 business days of placing the order. 

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We are working hard on expanding to ship internationally and will send an announcement when we are ready. Thank you for your patience!

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping times are generally between 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping times are usually between 2-3 business days. However, shipping times will vary depending on your address and other variables such as inclement weather. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, you may also experience a longer wait time than usual.

Billing

BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged immediately for the first order. After that, you will be charged on the 14th of each month for the duration of the subscription plan you chose.

BILLING FOR NON-SUBSCRIPTIONS

When placing an order for any non-subscription purchases, you will be charged immediately upon checkout. 

You will be charged at time of purchase for the first box and then on a monthly basis for the length of the subscription plan you choose. Our monthly billing date is the 14th of each month. 

General Questions

For every product that does not include English translations, we will add product information on the monthly flyer that is included in your Hello Korea Box.

The snacks are NOT allergen free and as with any consumable products, we strongly recommend that you check the ingredients on the packaging before consuming.

All of our K-Snacks have a long shelf life, but we recommend consuming them before the expiry date that you will find on the packaging.

Great news! We have a marketplace open where you can buy one off items from previous boxes! However, not all items are available on here. If there is something that you really want but cannot find it in our marketplace, please send us an email and we'll see if we can accommodate!

You may cancel your subscription at any time and we will issue you a refund if your box hasn't been fulfilled and shipped yet. However, once the box has been fulfilled and is out of our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund due to the boxes containing consumable items.

You may cancel at anytime, no questions asked! We highly recommend you register an account upon check out so that you can make changes when you need. Your account will allow you to skip months as well in case you need a less permanent option.
